Sydney Olympic Park High School is a proposal anchored within the southern centre of the Park on a contested parcel of land, neighbouring the Sydney International Aquatic Centre, warm up track, T7 Olympic Park Train Line, and Olympic Boulevard. Adopting the form of a continuous corridor, the school bridges across the site, allowing minimal changes to the existing Park ground plane and parkland. The school becomes a node linking pedestrians and students across the aggressive transport network and infrastructure overlay of the park. As a manifestation of continuity, the corridor is a provocation against the traditional distinction between classroom and circulatory corridor. Sitting amongst the network that is Sydney Olympic Park, the school becomes its own network for constant collaboration and learning.
